Whilst at Artfinder I successfully established a CRM flow to engage users at key points in their Artfinder lifecycle. Including onboarding, post purchase, re-engagement emails, and artist order notifications, the flow was designed to boost key metrics important to the business' growth.
Alongside an engineer and our Marketing Manager, we developed a series of event-based notifications that were triggered by actions such as favouriting products, following artworks, and leaving items in the basket. All emails are fully responsive, tested on a range of email clients, and include personalised content relevant to the user. These emails were built on Outbound.
I created a series of email templates that the Marketing team could use in their newsletter communications. These templates included variables for user segmentation, and were built on Mailchimp.
